Hannah has over nine years of experience working in the field of mental health. Hannah has experience supporting a variety of individuals in different walks of life including adults, adolescents, children, individuals with acquired brain injuries, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Throughout her years working in mental health, she has provided counselling support in a variety of settings including in hospitals, within community (outpatient), and in both elementary and secondary schools.
Hannah completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph in 2014, and completed her Master of Social Work Degree at Laurier University in 2018. Hannah is dedicated to lifelong learning and has since completed her post-graduate certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (Level 1&2), specialized in CBT for Trauma, and a variety of other trainings including Supporting the Grieving Child and Circle of Security (parenting to meet your child's needs through attachment).
Hannah utilizes a strengths-based approach rooted in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She offers a warm and supportive atmosphere where clients can feel comfortable sharing, exploring, growing and moving forward.
When Hannah is not working with clients, she can be found spending time outdoors with her three sons on the farm, walking, watching a good movie, or trying out a new recipe.

Ali is dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health care to service users. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Work degree with a Minor in Religions and Cultures from Nipissing University and has been a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers since 2021. With five years of professional practice, she actively integrates a trauma-informed lens and an anti-oppressive approach to safely walk alongside her clients. Ali deeply believes in a strengths-based model of care, empowering individuals to overcome barriers, build resilience, and live values-driven lives.
Throughout her career, she has provided comprehensive mental health and well-being support to children, youth, and their families. Her clinical background includes extensive work as a Mental Health Counsellor within the school system, where she provided individualized and group counselling, as well as system-wide interventions to promote mental health and enhance community capacity.
Her therapeutic services are rooted in the facilitation and integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which assists clients in identifying and modifying unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. She also utilizes mindfulness techniques to help calm the nervous system, allowing clients to effectively engage in cognitive work and build distress tolerance. To ensure the highest standard of care, Ali continuously pursues specialized training. Her certifications include Level 1: Fundamentals of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & CBT for Frontline Professionals through Wilfrid Laurier University's Faculty of Social Work, Attachment Strategies for Fostering Connections, and Regulation Strategies for Children and Youth in Crisis through the Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute (CTRI).

When Ali is not providing social work services, she can be found reading, journaling, or listening to a podcast with her dog on her lap! She also enjoys spending time outside, playing sports, and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
